He's spent 15+ years consolidating fragmented data environments, standing up analytics centers of excellence, and translating behavioral and lifecycle signals into customer growth, retention, and pricing outcomes.

At a global enterprise software company that split into two entities and was subsequently acquired, he consolidated fragmented analytical datasets into Snowflake, deployed ML pipeline-forecasting models that doubled accuracy and cut manual reporting from hours to under five minutes, and operationalized a churn prediction model that reduced customer churn from ~20% to 15% during rollout — all while mentoring 8–10 analysts through the non-technical craft of data science.

He is a true player-coach: happiest leading a small team of data scientists while personally owning the hands-on work on new data sources, prototypes, and new methods before production rollout.
