A hybrid. A partial fee secures priority effort and dedicated time, with the remainder due at placement. It balances commitment on both sides, and it moves your search to the front of the line.
Contingent
No placement, no fee. We earn it when the hire is made. This works well for well-defined roles where the profile is clear and speed counts. Same recruiter, same effort; we carry the risk.
